• Oversee renovation & fit-out works from planning to handover.
• Coordinate designers, consultants, subcontractors & suppliers.
• ⁠⁠Manage site progress, quality, safety, and daily operations.
  •⁠ ⁠⁠Review drawings, resolve site issues, and ensure work follows standards.
• ⁠⁠Handle landlord & authority submissions (M&E, ducting, LPG, sprinkler, etc.).
• ⁠⁠Monitor project timeline, materials, and basic cost control.
• ⁠Prepare site reports, documentation, and assist with final handover.
• Requirements
  • 2–5 years experience in construction / interior / F&B renovation.

  • ⁠⁠Strong understanding of drawings, M&E basics, and site coordination.

  • ⁠⁠Good communication & problem-solving skills.

  • ⁠⁠Able to work independently under tight timelines.

  • Possess own transport & willing to travel to site.

*Advantage: experience with mall projects and authority submissions.

• Proficient in 3D design software such as SketchUp (preferred), AutoCAD, and 3ds Max.
• Ability to independently develop designs and coordinate work.
• Familiar with building materials and processes.
• Experience in commercial space design, preferably in restaurants or retail.

• 2+ years of work experience.
• Proficient in AI (Adobe Illustrator), PS (Adobe Photoshop), ID (Adobe InDesign).
• Experience in brand design is preferred (VI/CI/Re-Branding).
• Ability to independently develop designs and coordinate work.
• Proficient in photography skills, printing techniques, and motion graphics is a plus.
