Located at Jalan Trus, Principle Cafe is a hushed complement to the richness and diversity of cultures that have defined Johor Bahru for centuries.

Hemmed in by modern high-rise buildings and historic architecture, Principle Cafe was designed to find a balance between modern architectural sensibilities and warmth of the old days—a place where commercialisation and history collide to create a timeless space that will continue to charm guests as it bears witness to changing times.

With primitivism at the core of design, its minimalist design is characterised by the highly deliberate removal of unnecessary items that detract from its natural aesthetic and the combining of very distinct elements while still reflecting the vicissitudes and beauty of nature.
